rnApps (“rnApps,” “we,” “us”) builds focused plugins for Figma. This policy explains what our plugins process and why. It applies to all rnApps plugins, including Frame to Prompt. Where something applies only to a specific plugin or feature, we say so.

What we process

• Figma user ID: a numeric identifier from figma.currentUser.id, used to track your free/paid/credit status across our plugins. We do not receive your name or email from Figma.
• Account sign-in (Sign in with Google): signing in with Google is required to access paid features — when you buy a plan, and to use a plan you’ve already purchased on a new device. Free features don’t require it. This uses Google’s official sign-in (OAuth) so Google can confirm your identity to us; we request only your basic profile (your Google account ID and email) and never access any other Google data. We store your Google account ID and email to link your subscription to your account and to identify you for support. After sign-in we store a random access token on our server (linked to your Google account ID) and in Figma’s plugin storage on your device; we do not keep Google’s own sign-in tokens.
• Design data: when a plugin needs to read your design to work (for example, Frame to Prompt reads a selected frame’s layout, colours, fonts, sizes, and section structure), it sends those structural details to our server to produce your result. Where possible, original text content is not sent verbatim — it is reduced to role and length hints.
• Text you enter: any optional text or prompt you type into a plugin.
• AI features: some plugins, or some modes within them (such as Frame to Prompt’s Pro mode), send a screenshot and/or design data to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate results. This content may contain visible text or imagery from your design. Do not use AI features on confidential material you don’t wish to share with a third-party AI service.
• Payment information: handled entirely by our payment provider (Gumroad). We never see or store your card details.

How we use it

Only to provide the plugin’s features, enforce free/paid limits, and process purchases. We do not sell your data, show ads, or use tracking cookies or analytics.

Third-party services

Depending on the plugin and feature you use, we may rely on:

• Anthropic — processes design data and screenshots for plugins’ AI features.
• Gumroad — payment processing.
• Render / Neon — server hosting and database.

Data retention

Design data, text, and screenshots are processed transiently to produce your result and are not stored by us (when sent to Anthropic for AI features, they are also subject to Anthropic’s terms). We do store your Figma user ID with your usage counts, credit balance, subscription status, and (if you sign in) your Google account ID, email, and a sign-in access token, and request IP addresses on a per-month basis to prevent abuse. You can request deletion at any time via the contact below.

Security

All requests use HTTPS. Access is limited to what’s needed to run the service.

Children

Our plugins are not directed at children under 13.
